Prototyping

Over the years, our skilled team has worked with customers on many prototype projects. Some of the prototyping consisted of machining a customer designed component.  Other projects consisted of working with engineers and to proof out a design, seek approval and then manufacturing the product. We have many years of experience machining prototype automotive parts, such as steering column parts for Nexteer Automotive, formerly Delphi Steering Saginaw. We have experience prototyping parts for various other industries, ranging from material handling to medical components.
